He has been blessed to grow up in a baby house and privately run home for children with special needs, and he has been LOVED. He has many advocates and volunteers who love him dearly, and have asked us to please help him find a family!
It is possible he has Mosaic Down syndrome. We are waiting on his full medical records. But he is very healthy, active, social...just a love!!
